This shop had my husbands F150 rhino lining done and the tint. It was great scheduling, easy to drop off and pick up and too notch customer service and overall experience.

I had a spray in bed liner completed on my new Ram Rebel. I arranged it thru my dealership so I didn’t have any real direct contact except I called to get more information from them and the guy I talked to was great very understanding and I feel went above and beyond. The timeline was spot on and they even had to remove a retractable tonneau cover, bed rail system. Couldn’t be happier

I got my 2020 ram 1500 rhino lined about a year ago and I was having some issues with a couple spots peeling up so I took it back and they 100% took care of me at no cost and re-sprayed the entire bed and once again, we noticed some peeling this time a little worse so they once again with no hassle asked me to bring the vehicle back and granted I live almost an hour away and had to take a few hours from Work to get the vehicle there have my wife follow me in our other car and be carless for a couple days and because they understood that it was quite the hassle they went out of their way to take care of me And gave my vehicle and undercoating rust protective and also did a great job clean my vehicle when I picked it up, the regional manager himself spoke with me and assured me at times you just can’t help but have issues and resolve them and they 100% resolved the issues and gave him back my vehicle Looking better than it did when I dropped it off. I am extremely happy with how everything came out and with the service they provided I will 100% continue going back there for my vehicle needs. I would write them five stars 100% of the time I can’t thank them enough for what they did.

Worst detail I’ve ever had. Do not use this place. They ruined the carpet in my trunk, didn’t clean out dust, leaves, or crumbs, and didn’t even vacuum the car. It was so bad I honestly thought they forgot to clean it altogether. I went back and they told me they would clean the inside again — but nothing changed. The only difference after their second attempt was that my trunk carpet looked worse, now ruined. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I want to update my review Ziebart under the new owner and management of the facility. The general manager, Anthony was very polite, courteous and very professional. I took my car at the facility to service my car that needs a retouch a ceramic coating on my hood. I’m very surprised that they took care of my car and it looks very professional work from his employees. So far, I visit this facility on the new management and owner three times and they always treated me with respect and courteous. I’ve been a Ziebart customer for the past five years and I will recommend their service to anyone who really loves to take care of their cars.
